About this course
Flex Like A Dancer is six weeks of focused, goal-oriented flexibility and mobility training with Jean. You will learn how to stretch your own body properly, in a fun, safe environment, and work towards real, visible goals: front and middle splits, higher leg extensions, deeper backbends.
Built by dancers, for every body: everything you gain here feeds straight back into your dancing, your posture and your wellness.
