A few answers

How do membership credits work?

Your tier covers a set number of courses in every block, plus member perks like priority booking and discounts on workshops, pop-ups and merch. Spend your course places at the Limerick studio as blocks open. We handle the tracking on our side.

Which studio do memberships cover?

Memberships live at our Limerick studio for now. Cork courses run on regular enrolment while we grow, and we will shout the moment that changes.

Can I change or cancel my tier?

Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis through Stripe, and payments are non-refundable. A minimum commitment of three months applies from your start date: during this initial period memberships cannot be cancelled or downgraded. After that your membership continues month to month, and you can cancel or downgrade at any time with one month's notice. Your benefits stay active until the end of the final paid billing period. Upgrades can be requested at any time and take effect from the next billing cycle.

Do unused credits roll over?

Credits are designed to be used within the block they land in, so we'd rather you tell us if a block doesn't suit. Message us and we'll sort it.
