1. Who we are

Femme & Soul is a heels and commercial dance studio for women, running courses, classes and events in Limerick and Cork, Ireland. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

2. What we collect

When you use a form on this site, we collect:

• Your email address and, optionally, your first name, when you join our mailing list or ask to be notified about a course, class, event or product.
• Any consent you give us to be contacted, recorded alongside your details.

If you go on to book a course, class or workshop, that booking is handled entirely by Bookwhen, our booking platform. We do not duplicate your booking data on this site. If you buy from our merch shop, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

3. Why we collect it

We use your email address to send you the enrolment notifications, event updates or order confirmations you have asked for, nothing more. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Who processes your data

The following processors handle data on our behalf, each under its own privacy and security terms:

• Supabase (EU-hosted database): stores your form submissions.
• Vercel: hosts this website.
• Stripe: processes merch payments; we never see your card details.
• Bookwhen: handles course and class bookings.
• Flodesk: sends the emails you have signed up to receive.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them, whichever comes first. If you ask us to erase your data, we will do so promptly across the systems we control.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, erase, or receive a portable copy of the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@builtlikeadancer.com and we'll sort it promptly.

7. No sale of data

We do not sell your personal data, and we never will. Full stop.

8. Cookies

This site uses only functional cookies needed for it to work properly. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies without your consent.

9. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our tools or practices change. The date at the top of this page always shows when it was last revised. This policy was last updated on 14 July 2026.
