Every course runs as a block, six weeks in Limerick, four in Cork: one choreography, start to finish, with the same women beside you each week. Blocks open in windows, so the list is how you get in.

  1. Join the list

    Pick your course and subscribe. We'll email you the moment a new block opens. No scrolling, no missing out.

  2. Doors open

    When enrolment goes live you are first in line. Spots are limited and they move fast, so being on the list matters.

  3. Dance

    Show up, heels optional. One block, one choreography, one room full of women in your corner. That is the whole magic.
